As our handmade caramel reaches the perfect temperature, it resembles molten hot lava that you might find bubbling underneath a volcanic crater called a caldera.
In late 2020, I began by sending a batch of caramel to relatives. What followed was a desire to learn the craft of melding simple ingredients to create something that many more could enjoy.
Our caramel is always handmade in small batches, with a balanced buttery flavor, smooth texture and a lightly salted finish. We use mineral rich Himalayan pink salt.
