Our handmade caramel has no additives, it's best kept refrigerated and enjoyed at room temperature. Refrigeration maintains freshness for weeks.
The caramel is slowly churned, made with all white sugar along with a balance of dairy ingredients to achieve a smooth and silky finish. Various complimentary ingredients, including pink Himalayan salt pistachio and espresso bean can be used to garnish or infuse the caramel to create unique flavor combinations.

Turtles are scooped into an egg-shaped silicone mold and consist of our molten caramel folded with various complimentary ingredients and dipped in tempered chocolate.

This original creation begins with two thinner layers of caramel prepped and cooled. One of the layers is then covered with select ingredients and topped with the second caramel layer and warmed in the oven to meld into one.
This 2.0 version of the lava bar is partially dipped for a chocolate underside with ingredients sprinkled on top for a more attractive look and appearance.
